Workout with Anika!

I had the pleasure of having an awesome workout with Anika yesterday.
Anika looks amazing in her workout gear and the session left my legs weak.
She really knows how to squeeze every last drop of energy out you and her tight and nicely formed technique really gets you pumped.
Anika is very expressive and encouraging.
She is great at everything from lunges to burpees and ensures that all her workouts have an amazing finish.
One of the best workouts I have had in a while.
I plan to return again for sure.
