I've been trying for months to contact Dreamgirls by phone, email and text. I never get a response. I understand that you need to call in to get verified but no one answers or I get a message that someone is on the phone. I've tried calling a lot, all with the same result.

How are people getting through to even make appointments?

I've never had a problem texting the number that is on their website.
now granted, i only text about once a month, but response has always been swift.
Also, i identify myself as mr clean from london sugar. we are a higher class over here i like to think.

Never had to call in and verify. Been to the location at least a dozen times.Always gotten a quick response.

I’m with Dawg. My experience too - even been given a discount when there was a communication issue.

Figured it out!

After trying from a different number and getting a response right away, with a little back and forth, it was determined that my number had been blocked on their end. I've never had any dealing with Dreamgirls so there was no reason to block it. Its all been straightened out and I look forward to indulging in lots of coffee in the near future!

Any suggestions on who to try first? Had my eyes on Rachel Rose!
