She stole 50 bucks from a customer.
It's called theft.

Providing facts as given are accurate. This is only one side of the story.

I originally wanted to stay away from the rights, wrongs, politics or economics of the situation so that's why I just made my post about the rule surrounding a refund, but I have the time, and I'm starting to have fun with all of this banter.

Gerald was obviously completely right in that she could have handled the situation much better from a customer service standpoint. It's also correct to assume that as an independent contractor, she can charge what she likes. It's in her own power to do that. It also needs to be done in a much less deceiving way.

I'll just say that the market powers could easily dictate her success or her downfall. She wants to supply a certain service at $300 per half hour, demand will likely fall drastically. She'll either adapt and change or she'll just be happy with her existing customer base if it somehow doesn't dwindle. Demand may further spiral if there's a further lack of genuine customer service.

Maybe the OP felt that they didn't want to cause a scene but I would have calmly re-iterated the rules and requested my money back. I would have given it a nice few more asks and I would have made the attendant aware that I wasn't leaving until I got it. I would have pressed it in further ways had I had to but I definitely wouldn't have left without my money if I had been in that situation. Don't f**k with a person's money when you have no acceptable reason to keep it.

Also, I'm assuming OP's post as truth. I usually like to consider three sides. His side, her side, and the side of the truth(which may be one side or combined sides to a situation).

I think that telling grownups like you may find on this board ( if you’re lucky ) that overcharging may have a negative impact on business is a little condescending but that’s just my feeling.
Stating the rules is always good for solving debates lol. Have you ever complained and
been told what the “policy” ( aka rule) is ? Nobody ever likes that when it comes from a business. I bet it goes over even worse when a customer explains what the policy is lol.
Once again you’re playing the “cause a scene” card which I guarantee will not go well no matter how tough you talk. It’s pretty difficult for a male to win in any confrontation with a female when two of you are behind closed doors. You may be able to leave and discuss with management at another time, but your rules and ultimatums are foolish. You’re in their premises and they can ask you to leave and no matter how justified you think you may be, you have to leave. Period. If they called the police you would leave or be removed and the police wouldn’t give a flying f*** about your money.

My issue is that she took the door fee, didn't provide any services, and then kicked me out while keeping the door fee simply because the other customer showed up. If she returned the door fee, I wouldn't even be making this post, but the reason I'm calling this a scam is because she made me pay the door fee for absolutely no reason.
I’m sure there’s more to this story than what we are told! Not to mention it was your first ever post on the forum. Smells fish and in this case it’s not dirty vag so who knows?

Call the cops. Tell them I wanted full service and she wanted too much $$$$. See how this one plays out and let us all know.

I've seen that have the opposite affect. It's the old "you get what you pay for" perception.
In my early days I had an advertiser who was a young, hot college girl. The going rate back then was $140/hour. She did a great business but due to school work she had me raise her rate to $200/hour to slow things down.
She contacted me a few days later complaining her phone wouldn't stop ringing. lmao

I don't believe Cassy has anything to worry about. She will most likely get more business because of it. Hell, it even got me looking at her pics and drooling like a dog in a cheese factory.

Gerald. Do it you won’t regret it! She will give you the time of your life. May even make you feel 20 again.

I usually don’t respond to these reviews unless sent directly to me via dm. However I read every review good n bad and I address the issues with the attendant do it doesn’t happen again.

Now with that being said there is ALWAYS two sides of the story,, and always a little truth in both sides. Calling it theft or scam is a unfair specially when most are only hearing one side of the story.

Not saying you can’t complain as that’s your right, and if you have an issue with the service a girl never provided which the parlour provides (not extras). You can always ask to speak to supervisor on duty or message me directly by dm here
