Hey Stiffy don't get too concerned re. the comments on here...a lot of them are tongue-in-cheek ...this forum is great for sharing info. however many members get tremendous entertainment value from it also(including myself) I think it was great that u "had the balls" to ask what you were looking for on here and believe most people felt the same way and wouldn't think anyone was offended by your request including the ladies...

I stand humbly, corrected.

There is not a lot of action on this forum these days . Partly because when someone does post , they are often ridiculed and attacked.

Now I find myself guilty of that very thing.

My comments were made in jest only. It was my sad ass attempt at humour.

I try to keep these forums fun which goes along with my own twisted sense of humour.

Don't forget to throw in some "Hip Thrusts" too Mrs.X
But seriously, recent info. is showing that hip thrusts are better for building that "bubble butt" than squats and are easier for most women to do with correct form plus produce less stress on the lower back...may be worth considering in addition to the squats
