I keep seeing them in people's posts but they don't display in either of my my browsers.
My best guess is they are "emoji's" but all I can see are little squares.

LOL. Funnee, Nikkee, funnee.

Welcome back (although I've been away for as long as you, I see everyone welcoming you back). Might have to check in at your Hotel California again. You know, the place you never want to leave?

Seriously, hope you've been well.

I'm actually using a Pentium 4 2.67ghz system with an Intel i7 CPU.
I've got 12gb of RAM and 1tb hard drive.
Unfortunately still using Vista-64bit but I do have Windows 7 64bit version. I just need to back everything up, reformat my hard drive and install the new version.

Or you could go right to Windows 10 and get ahead of most of us. Actually, I think Windows 7 was the high point of civilization, but maybe someone with experience with 10 can tell me different.

(Still have a soft spot for WordPerfect 5.1)

For me it's "Wordstar".
A tiny DOS program that came with spell check and all fit on one 5.25" floppy disc. Did everything I do now with my MS Word.

(I wonder if Nikki's fingers are wet yet.....)
