Maybe things have changed since my experience.. Room questionable motel on Wellington close to Commish, clothes everywhere strong weed smell just in general disarray. Pretty sure someone watching the door from a car in the lot.

As for someone watching from a car, I can respect that as I used to wait outside when I was working for a lady. A couple board members actually met me that way.
One of her customers complained about the location and the shady characters in the area, pointing out a dude in the parking lot as an example.
Her response was, "That's Gerald, he's got my lunch".
