Quinn advertises her services as both an ****** (at which she is VERY) good) and as a provider of fetish services. Many who know me are aware that I have a submissive side which i have begun to explore in Windsor. It was Quinn nearly two years ago who noticed that part of me and who sent me to a pro Domme. I saw that Domme for about 9 months before she retired. Candidly i felt lost and discussed the situation with Quinn. She offered her services as a Domme. We started that relationship in November, 2004 and have had many sessions since. Most have been in Hotel rooms and she has all of the toys to provide services. (Just don't play with candles near the smoke alarm) Some have been at a dungeon that she has access to. You will need to rent the dungeon as an extra fee but since tue rate is comparable to a short stay hotel room it is not an issue.
I have reviewd Quinn the ****** on several occassions and have commented in response to other reviews that her strong suit is planning and finding out what will appeal most to an individual client. Mistress Quinn exhibits the same skills. As our relationship has progressed she has learned what turns me on and does it well.
One thing which must be understood in this framework. Domination is not necessarily foreplay leading to sex. If you want to be spanked and then have intercourse it may well not happen. Especially it can't happen at the dungeon as that would be classified as an incall and would be illegal. If you see domination as foreplay and Mistress Quinn is doing and outcall this issue should be discussed in advance.
Quinn the ****** is among Windsor's best. Mistress Quinn the Domme is without equal in the pro Domme Windsor scene. Try her you WILL like her.

You make excellent points. I have also seen Quinn and she has tuaght me that submissive and dominant stuff often have nothing to do with sex. Many of her dom clients do not want intercourse at all.

I tried dom stuff like spanking and dildos and it was not for me. It did not hurt, but just did not turn me on either. Leather, lipstick and female supervision for me should lead to a better sexual experience. But nobody knows these things for sure until they try them out. Quinn is great fun, a very witty lady, has excelent taste and was for me an excellent guide in trying things.

Since I wrote this review, i have had two more D/s sessions with Mistress Quinn. Both sessions were at the Dungeon to which she has access. The atmosphere there is truly dungeon like as it is located in the basement of a very old building which however is located in a safe neighborhood. At that location Mistress Q has a wide range of equipment available to her to enhance your experience.
Admittedly BDSM is not for everyone. In fact in all probability its appeal is to a relatively small number. On the other hand it is likely that more than just a few clients are at least curious.
If you are then I would recommend Mistress Quinn either at the dungeon if you want the full experience or in your hotel room if you want to enter the "shallow end of the pool".

ddonjj, thank you for being brave and admitting that you see me as a Domme, and for the review.

I do want to mention that I seldom invite anyone to the use of the dungeon unless I have had previous meetings with them, or they come with solid references. It is a fully functioning, very private dungeon, so much so that I seldom will consider being alone there with someone I've not met.

Allow me to add that the dungeon sets the mood much more than a motel room, but either is a great experience. Take a look at the pictures of the equipment, for me they are fantasies come true.

If you are looking for a professional domme in the Windsor area, I'd suggest Liz.

If you are looking for a dungeon experience, the only domme I know is Willow (Quinn likes her as well) in the Niagara/St.Catharines area (advertised on this site).
