I've been using the parlours for aome time and looking into independent companions. I've contacted three separate providers by text and got no response for several days, if at all.
What is an appropriate time to wait for a response? Is it appropriate to text again if no response (and when)? Is there something I'm doing wrong (below a sample of my opening text)?
"Hello [name]. My name is [name]. I got your number from London Sugar (or Leo). Are you accepting new clients and have daytime availability [date 1] or [date 2]?"

Seems like a reasonable approach to me.
Maybe try just asking if they have any upcoming daytime appointments available. If you ask for a specific date and they don't have anything available they may not answer instead of just saying no.
I'd also include a "please feel free to reply any time as this is a private phone". Some providers discard messages if they are too old to make sure you don't get a response while sitting with your wife. lol
Maybe add a few more details like your age, ethnic background and how long of an appointment. Just don't ask for longer than one hour if you've never met her. Those guys are the highest rate of no-show and she doesn't know if you'll be fun or a lot of work. If it's less than an hour she may pass you over for a better income booking.
Anyone you do see from this site, use as a reference to see others so they know you are the real deal. Using your forum username also helps.
Maybe wait a week before trying again.

Even providers I have seen (once or multiple) times, I'll write 'you can reply until 4 today', or 'you can reply any time, private phone' depending on circumstances where I might be hanging with someone.
I've also mentioned 'if it's been more than a couple hours, a simple 'Hey, or Hi' initial return text is 100% fine', just in case I'm out with a friend and they happen to see my phone.

I'll do this with providers I've seen more than once, as I don't know if they're using a work phone, or 1 phone handles all their communications.

I used to not respond if some time had passed (if say, I was in a multi hour session, of which I have many), but now I just respond anyway. I figure people are much more on top of their game these days. This being said, I do try to avoid the supper hour as I still have some vestigial anxiety over destroying someone’s life.

Don’t know if I totally agree with Gerald about not booking over an hour for a first visit. I’ve taken many 1.5-2 hour bookings from first timers and never had a problem, but his thinking might not be a bad idea for you as a client.
After all, YOU have to click with us too, although we’re all pretty nice around here! :)

If booking an outcall then it's not unusual to ask for a small deposit.
If booking an incall with a provider from here, that's not usual but I wouldn't worry about it. Advertisers here are held accountable by virtue of this review board. Lots of guys out there play games and no-show the ladies.

If booking from LL, there is a great chance you are being ripped off.
