Unfortunately I had a similar poor experience with Melissa earlier this week. Should have done my research beforehand, but I was in London for work with some time to kill and happened to drive past Platinum One with $250 in my pocket and made the impulsive decision to check it out for an hour-long session. This was my first experience in London, but that amount has always been plenty in the parlors I've tried in various other cities to ensure a good time.

I thought Melissa was very good looking (and complimented her on it several times throughout the session). But the moment she saw that my tip would be only $160, her demeanor completely changed. I did check the rates on the AE website before entering and saw that the maximum tip is $200, so I figured what I had would be enough for some extras but had no illusions that this would be a fs session.

Long story short, my 1 hour session lasted 40 minutes, including the time spent showering before and after, and included no extras beyond an unenthusiastic jackhammer hand-finish. Melissa made a point to respond with one-word answers whenever I made an attempt at conversation, and when I asked if I could touch her breasts, I was told "not for $160". She actually sneered at me when she said it. She spent the entire massage watching herself in the mirror and paused every few seconds to adjust her posture (which admittedly was a nice view, but I would have preferred if she just focused on the massage instead).

I'm sure that if I had read through this forum and known to bring a substantially larger tip (I see now that the $200 maximum on AE's website is very outdated), this would have been a much different session. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and the visit left a poor enough impression that I doubt I would ever come back anyway.

Hmm, little surprised you got attitude about the $160 tip; especially considering that for about the last 15ish years, the unofficial minimum was to match the room price.

Reading reviews can make a great difference but it's also good to just get a half hour the first time you see a lady. Dip your toes. Test the waters. Even with a lady that's highly recommended and well reviewed. Not everyone can match with everyone. It's better to see a well reviewed lady for a half hour, enjoy it, then leave regretting you didn't stay for an hour, rather than to regret going in the first place.

I agree for 160 I would think you would get a solid massage, good attitude and a traditional ending…. I wouldn’t expect any extras but the basics for sure

Surprised me, too. I've never been anywhere that a tip that size wasn't well-received.
