Looks, Massage, Conversation and Finish are ALL subjective at the end of the day.
I remember many years ago telling my boss at work I thought Julia Roberts was hot. He looked at me like I lost my mind. It's the old "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" thing. I'm sure I'd rate her differently if she gave me a massage than if she gave him a massage.
If your brain chemistry and her brain chemistry sync up, you are going to have a far different experience than if she's just another girl rubbing you. They aren't vending machines dispensing the same bag of chips to every customer. Also some people prefer salt and vinegar over sour cream and onion (and vise versa) so if the wrong flavour is dispensed then you won't enjoy your snack as much.
This is why "ratings" don't mean very much.
A "good" experience means she's good at what she does regardless of if it's a 6/10 or a 10/10 as it's possible for her to achieve both.
A "bad" experience means she failed but still depends on the circumstances of that impression. If it's because you didn't like her tattoos (as an example) then that's a grossly unfair assessment. If she stunk of body odour in a building filled with showers, then obviously that's 100% bad.
You can't take most reviews at face value, just a very subjective impression of one person's personal experience.
It's too easy to forget these ladies are human beings. Keep your expectations within reason and maybe stop rating them like they just completed a math test.
