Figured it out!
After trying from a different number and getting a response right away, with a little back and forth, it was determined that my number had been blocked on their end. I've never had any dealing with Dreamgirls so there was no reason to block it. Its all been straightened out and I look forward to indulging in lots of coffee in the near future!
Any suggestions on who to try first? Had my eyes on Rachel Rose!
