I honestly try n preach they don’t do this ,, as it’s definitely not something we as Management condone.
Before I got rest of this story, I assumed this is what happened with Rebecca and why mike felt scammed. So I actually had words to her about doing this, Which I truly hope she doesn’t do this again and learns to treat clients better,,
however, all I can do as manager is give them suggestions on what and what not for them to do and make sure they read any bad reviews to learn from them.
