If they are a new user (which he is) and post something does that mean it's BS ?? Come on, eventually people post their first experience whether it good or bad !
Although I again feel you/ he should explain to all once you put it out there. Just because you feel you have been ripped off, let everyone know why or how would be the proper thing to do. But I do feel he should have went to the source (Management) first.
