Thanks for taking one for the team. I know that sometimes someone can have an off day but I've had a few similar experiences in the past where they just seemed to be "phoning it in". I got that feeling that it was just those specific attendants styles at the time and that they probably wouldn't last long. They didn't. This sounds like one of those situations where it's the bare minimum and it's likely not going to gain them any repeat business. It's unfortunate. I know that she was around for like 2-3 weeks either during the early stages of Covid or pre-Covid. I was actually surprised to see that she came back. Usually the ones that appear and and leave so abruptly never come back.
