Showed up at platinum one at 10am on Sunday March 27th. Was already quite busy and no girls available. Erica the girl at the counter was about to head into a appointment.That’s fine. Made an appointment while at the counter with Erica for 1pm as that was her first available appointment for the day.

Came back at 1 to find out she didn’t record the appointment and was now booked with someone else. Not very impressed since I waited around in London for 3 hours as I am from out of town.

Unfortunately not the first time this has happened as I had a similar situation at Blue one after booking an appointment over the phone. Seems like there is an issue with appointments being booked. Maybe moving to a online booking system or having a dedicated person for handling appointments would be beneficial.

Luckily Ava was available so I was able to get in a half hour massage instead as she is still lovely. Unfortunately I was unable to get my 1 hour vip massage with Erica and will have to try another time.
