I suspect the website is maintained by a volunteer who has no financial intensive to keep a well maintained schedule.
Now if I owned a parlour, I would work with a well maintained ad site like London Sugar as a random example. Pay the owner of that website a mutually agreeable fee for ad space, then encourage the ladies to post their own schedules if they want to make money.
By making the ladies more responsible for their own income, they will adopt a more professional attitude with their job, give them greater visibility to potential customers and
get into bed with work with someone specialized in marketing.
