Very nice lady , I sort of figured that as she does reguire a phone call to confirm . She is a conversationist , nice personality as she laid out a few ground rules and off we went for coffee . Had to lick the rim as it was hot ! I would say she very good at her job
PS she has a little dog with a very interesting habit !!! Never no he was there though !
