Hello I'm new on this forums as well I've recently move to this city of London from a place much more boring. So bare with me on my first post on here.

My question is: I move here just before hearing on radio and news that the city pass a new bill a bylaw for no touching. First off i wanted to see for my self if it was even going to pass, I couldn't find the entrance to city hall all the door were lock. So I though I had the wrong day... Nop they pass it while keeping people out! Any how so I've been trying to read up on this thing and its a little confusing? Maybe you guys might be able to clear this up a bit? There saying that the parlors as in adultEA and sweetcity and such do apply to this new bylaw.... But how? There massage parlors. Can some one clear this up for me?

I've only been to some of the parlors like bliss a few time, I've found them enjoyable as well as stress relaxful. Kinda suck that might end up changing.

I hope I didn't just move to a city that is now more boring then where I lived last.
