It's a bit odd since you've seen her before without issue and burning a regular client for simple cab fare is even more odd.
Sometimes shit happens and these ladies have to bail at the last minute. but not all of them know how to handle it professionally.
It's a good idea to wait a few days before posting a bad review, just to give the girl the benefit of the doubt. If she contacts you and says her dad had a heart attack or something, you won't feel too good about yourself.
Even a lame excuse with an "I'm sorry I will make it up to you" is good enough to give her a second chance.
In the mean time, do yourself a favour and never send cab fare. If she can't afford transportation you can always pay the cab driver yourself when she arrives.
Never give someone the opportunity to rip you off.
Just how did you book her last night if you don't have her number?
