As long as you aren't paying for sex or asking for sexual services as part of a financial arrangement, you aren't doing anything illegal.
Paying for time and companionship is non sexual. A nice back rub, or a soothing massage is non sexual as long as you don't ask for something more.
If she makes unexpected sexual advances towards you, after you've paid for her time, then you are a lucky man and just enjoy the situation.
It's like meeting a girl in a bar, buying her drinks then getting lucky after.
However, if she is a cop trying to snag guys seeking men who try to offer money for sexual services, she really can arrest you at any time if she wants to, regardless of what you've done. Anyone can get arrested and held for questioning. No one is really innocent till proven guilty, the legal system makes anyone guilty till guilt can't be proved.
I certainly do not support the advertising of prostitution, anyone selling sexual services, anyone purchasing sexual services or any other illegal activity.
