I'll throw my comments in here to that affect as well. I can't see you going wrong with any of the ladies here. Who the "best" is would be entirely subjective and you'll probably get different answers from most people here as to who that is. My recommendation wouldn't depend on hair colour as what I look for goes beyond looks, but my advice would be this: Look at their pictures, maybe read some reviews (keeping in mind not all providers want to be reviewed so that might be why there are few to none on them), contact some of them and ask how they can accommodate you and just give it a shot to find out for yourself.
Since I didn't learn what this meant until recently, I'll share what TTT means: Tried, Tested, and True. A TTT lady is one who you are nearly guaranteed to have good time with due to overwhelming positive feedback from hobbyists. Most providers on London Sugar can be classified as TTT, hence why you pretty much can't go wrong here.
