Yes in the coffee described, one would want to add some Bailey's to dilute the sweet creaminess of the coffee
It's funny though, true story that just yesterday I was behind a guy that ordered a medium coffee this way. So there are at least two that take it this way.... unless he was ordering for Sadie because I was in London!
