I agree with NOW's stance on it, as that's how I read the law myself (not being a lawyer though). As far as I can see, and I posted the relevant parts of the legislation a couple times a few weeks ago, SP's can post their own ads, it doesn't say anything about advertising mediums aren't allowed to accept those ads. And given that Gerald has or has had other things advertised on this site, like bars, stores and photography services, he satisfies the part that says third party services be offered to the general public the same as for sex workers.
But I also agree with Gerald's caution on this as laws are only as good as the court interpretation, and I'm sure NOW has a bigger legal budget than Gerald does to fight it.
