It's not much different than LL, other than they copy ads from other websites instead of requiring ads to be purchased. There is a lot of outdated information there.
They contacted me a couple times to "exchange banners". :laughitup:
It's a pretty website, but they use a common formula of, steal everyone's ads until the site is big enough to start charging them ridiculous amounts of money for the ad.
If you find someone of interest there, I'd suggest doing a lot of research into the provider. Search for her on other sites to see if she has any reviews or is at least an active advertiser. If she is looking for clients she's going to want to see you. If she's not looking for clients, she may "tolerate" seeing you. That doesn't sound like a fun time to me.
However, if you like to gamble, go for it. You might get lucky.
